I come here on a pretty regular basis as it's pretty close to my work and the prices are good. The food is usually good, but the service is inconsistent at best. When I order, I have to ask more often than not for two eggs, as they automatically assume one. It's several hours before I'm going to eat again, I want as much as I can get in the morning. Sometimes they'll charge me for a second egg and not give it to me. Or like today, they charged me for one when I had to correct the cashier to give me two, the girl standing behind him nodded at two, then proceeded with telling me to my face my order with two eggs, and still the sandwich only has one. Other times there's egg on the bags, or chocolate on the cups when I order a mocha. It's unfortunate, as I'd love to keep frequenting here, but I'll find a quick breakfast elsewhere.
Staff very rude and confrontational. Consistently have made my orders wrong. Managers seem to think they dont need to wear uniforms. Won't refill napkins; all tables, floors and chairs always very dirty will not return and will be contacting franchise owner regarding my experience.
I was charged for two bagels instead of one. I asked if I could order a drink and pay the price difference. They agreed and proceeded to make me a hot chai. When I received the drink, it tasted nothing like chai and the whole thing smelled like sour milk. I went up and additionally purchased a regular coffee (I didn’t want to mention the chai because they had already messed up so much and I was starting to feel bad). The coffee was cold. I asked them to replace it with whatever blend was currently hot and they did, which was nice.
